Mobile App for citizens of the municipal area in charge of experimenting with the computerization service of separate waste collection.

The goal of the system is to allow citizens to open road containers for the delivery of waste, optimize and monitor the separate collection service and provide information to users.

Specifically, the App allows you to track and monitor the delivery of waste for the individual user in the Municipality of Verona for road containers.

The data collected with the computer system allow to statistically evaluate the behavior of users in the different areas of the Municipality, to optimize the distribution and emptying of containers, to improve the management of the Ecology Island and therefore to enhance the entire service at Municipal.

How to register on the App for users: simply enter the "username" and password "received from AMIA Verona, have a valid e-mail address and / or a mobile number and accept the regulations for the processing of personal data. The system, to activate the identification service at the containers and the display of the contributions, will proceed with a verification of the user's e-mail and / or mobile phone.

Functions available in the App:

- Container opening

the user can deliver the waste by identifying himself with the SIGMA AMIA mobile app.

- Display of waste disposal:

the user can control his own waste delivery. The data list can be filtered by type of material and by period (last 30 days, last 60 days, from the beginning of the year ...)

The data can be consulted in the list by displaying the date and place of the conferment or represented on graphs.

The App also offers users some information relating to indications for the correct disposal of waste.
