AOK MoveYoo

The aim of the AOK MoveYoo app is to support and accompany your treatment by a licensed therapist.

In collaboration with the AOK Northeast, several therapists offer the AOK MoveYoo app. If a therapist cooperates with AOK MoveYoo, he will give you a hint to download the app and enter the MoveYoo ID on your first treatment. To use AOK MoveYoo, your sports therapy practice must be a participant in the AOK MoveYoo App.

With AOK MoveYoo, your therapist will create a workout plan tailored to your needs. From mobilization to strengthening exercises to better mobility, AOK MoveYoo offers exercises developed by physiotherapists. Together with your therapist you create your plan that accompanies you over your treatment period. Track your progress right in the app.
