App Leak Check

The Leak Check app is an extension of the Leak Check LPG PRO BT electronic test device for generating and storing leak test check logs.

With the electronic test device, the following leak tests can be performed on LPG systems:

- Leak test of LPG systems in recreational vehicles according to DVGW worksheet G 607, ÖVGW worksheet G 107 and EN 1949

- Leak test of LPG systems in small vessels according to DVGW worksheet G 608 and EN ISO 10239

The electronic tester performs the required leak test independently. During the ten-minute exam, the examiner has the opportunity to enter his examiner data, customer data and plant data into the app.

These data are stored in the app after the single entry, so that the reviewer can access it later in a review of the same asset.

Furthermore, it is possible to read this data into the app via QR codes that are located on the test reports of previous tests or on the system components.

After completion of the leak test, the test results (test number, start pressure, test pressure, pressure difference) are transferred via Bluetooth from the electronic test device to the Leak Check app. In the app, the examiner now has the opportunity to document further data such as type of examination, discovered defects and due date of the next test.

Finally, he can generate the test report, which is saved in pdf format on the tablet or smartphone. The printout of the protocol can now take place, for example, via a Bluetooth-capable printer.
