AppICFA

AppICFA is an application created by the Working Group on Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation of the Spanish Society of Internal Medicine.

For patients and their caregivers, this tool is designed to help them perform their daily self-care quickly and easily. They will also be able to learn the most relevant aspects in the management of Heart Failure and / or Atrial Fibrillation and even evaluate their level of knowledge about the diseases.

For professionals involved in the management of both pathologies (Internal Medicine doctors, Primary Care, Cardiology, nursing staff, etc. ...) this tool will help them to make decisions in consultation, access to treatment, dose adjustment oral anticoagulation, diuretic resistance management, prognostic calculators, access to updates, clinical practice guidelines ... and much more!
