The Apprenticeships Info app links Queensland apprentices and trainees with important contacts and services. The free mobile app gives you quick and easy access to our Apprenticeships Info contact number via a digital card, which you can add to your mobile phone’s wallet.

What’s in the app?

The app contains:

• a wide range of bite-sized guidance and support to assist you during your apprenticeship or traineeship, including information on getting started, financial help available to you, who’s who, and how to manage problems that may occur

The app has been developed for quick and easy access to key contacts and to support safe apprenticeships and traineeships (as recommended by the Queensland Training Ombudsman). It includes information to help you address any personal or workplace issues that may occur while undertaking an apprenticeship and traineeship.
