‘AR Book Card’ is a representative convergence content that combines augmented reality (AR) technology to enable children to learn and enjoy various topics at their eye level. Read a book that moves beyond reading with your eyes! We hope that children will be interested in new reading activities and have fun.

■ Content usage guide

1. Please prepare the activity sheet by printing it from the National Library for Children and Youth website.

2. Install the ‘AR Book Card’ app on your smartphone or smart pad.

3. Open the ‘AR Book Card’ app and select the content you want.

4. Light up the image marker.

• AR Book Card: Look at the image marker in the book at the camera.

• AR Cube: Look at the image marker on each side except the bottom through the camera.

* Enjoy realistic AR content linked to each book topic. Each content can be viewed by zooming in, zooming out, and rotating.

Books for preschool and lower elementary grades were selected through rigorous screening by an advisory group of experts in the education/culture field, using library big data rankings, and a list of books recommended by librarians.
