Fix release 1.3.1.
— Admin page unreachable: the app shows a message of its own, with a Retry button and a way back. Gone is the raw technical screen from the web rendering engine.
— Shorter diagnosis: about a dozen seconds instead of 30 to 60. The countdown ends as soon as the page starts arriving, so slow gear is not cut off.
— Fallback screen added for unforeseen errors, with a button to set off again.
