Bluetooth Classic Extension

- SDK31 update: permissions android.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, android.permission.BLUETOOTH_SCAN and android.permission.BLUETOOTH_ADVERTISE added
- new method RequestBluetoothPermission added,
- method MacAddress removed: to protect user privacy, on Android versions 6 and higher, access to the own MAC address is restricted to system apps. Third-party apps can't access it anymore.
