This is a Chinese to English Dictionary and Chinese text to speech Engine. It uses recorded sound files. After the intial download, the application does not need any network connection. You can use it anywhere you want. Type any Chinese word and hear the voice. The best part is it is free!

Version 1.2 add common Chinese phrases with recording.

Version 1.3 add translation between Chinese and English. You can type either Chinese or English and get

the translation.

It gives you the pinyin of each Chinese character and can pronounce individual pinyin.
