What's new in 12.2

• The examples run on a clean install — they asked for `lua`, but the package installs `lua5.4`
• Opening an example and pressing Run now installs the toolchain it needs, instead of failing
• Runs on devices using Android's 16 KB memory page size, standard on Android 16
