1.) Fixed the issues with the broadcast receiver in Android version 2.1
2.) Added a feature to support delivery of message in worst case scenarios.

ex.) If the message is not sent because of Network failure or any other cases the message is rescheduled 10 minutes ahead of the current time.

SO THIS GUARANTEES THE DELIVERY OF THE MESSAGE IN ALL THE SCENARIOS.
