First release of NBL Level.

- Connect to tank level sensors over BLE for real time readings
- Level in millimeters, with percentage and five setpoints (L0-L4)
- Switch units between mm, cm, and m
- Auto calibration: fill, then drain to map the measured range
- Register multiple devices, switch quickly, auto-reconnect on drops
- Demo mode to try the app without a sensor
