Technical updates with uptake of Oracle JET 13.0 Framework replacing Oracle MAF framework.

Functional Enhancements:
- The Transactional window layout is changed to the standard mobile look and feel page.
- The menu and LOV entries are numbered. You can select 1 to 9 directly by pressing the 1 to 9 number keys respectively on a device with a physical keyboard.
- The generate function, for example, generating a LPN, is simplified to generate and populate the corresponding field directly.
