The SCRIPT

Each of us has a Script that dictates how we behave in certain real or imagined situations. We follow this Script throughout our life. It is governed primarily by our beliefs, personality, preferences and desires. Our experiences and some may say our gene pool make our Script what it is. The question is, does your Script help you to be the best you can be? Sometimes the experiences and behaviors we learn in life, our Script, are not necessarily contributing to our promised excellence. When this happens, we need to “Flip the Script”. The result will be a better you.
