artEbook is an official application of KACES(Korea Arts and Culture Education Service). We service educational contents, research reports, journal etc.

○KACES

KACES is a governmental institution under Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST). Since February 2005, we have been supporting arts and culture education in public schools and community facilities through Korea in various arts fields (design, music, movie, visual art, dance, theatre, craft, traditional Korean music, animation, etc).

KACES also has been taking the leadership of international arts education. Particularly, we co-hosted The 2nd World Conference on Arts Education with UNESCO in Seoul, Korea (May 2010), and as an achievement of this international events, ‘Seoul Agenda’ adopted unanimously at UNESCO 36th session of General conference (November 2011).

Moreover, we are enlarging strong partnership with Asian-Pacific region and international institutions on MOU basis such as UNESCO Bangkok Office, Goldsmiths University, and NY Philharmonic.

(With this fruitful resources and network, KACES will further our efforts to enhance Art & Culture Education in Korea.)
