FAQs & HELP

Q: How do I link my accounts?

A: Use the same email address for your online grocery account and Asda Rewards. They will link automatically so you can start earning online immediately.

Q: Do I earn Cashpot rewards on every purchase?

A: You build your Cashpot by completing specific Missions, rather than earning on every single item.

Q: What should I do if I have trouble signing in?

A: Ensure your connection is stable and try signing in again. Setting Google Chrome as your default mobile browser usually resolves any remaining login issues.

Q: What if my phone number isn't accepted at registration?

A: Your number may need to be reset in our system. Contact our Customer Support team on 0330 053 0222 and they will update it for you.
