This update focuses on some of the performance issues users have reported.

-Making a voice call now default to the native phone dialer. VoIP is still an option but must be explicitly enabled in the settings tab.
-Video annotation streams are now connected directly between the users to reduce latency.
- Bug fix which prevented Android 9 devices from opening BILT intelligent instructions.
