Atom5™ is a digital platform originally designed for paediatric and rare disease remote patient monitoring. As Aparito has grown, it has been deployed in a wide range of adult and other patient areas. App collects the data on digital endpoints that quantify how a patient feels, functions and responds to treatment with new outcome measures. Data includes form-based questionnaire answers, questionnaires collecting food nutrition data (Nutrition and Weight management ) and optionally physical activity, sleep management and other passive data collected from garmin devices integrated with the app.
