AtrisCare

The AtrisCare App is a component of the Atris Software Platform, which patients can use to record and share their exercise results, such as movement, heart rate and oxygen saturation with their healthcare provider.

With the use of AtrisCare, healthcare providers can read out the PAM-movement sensors provided to their patients. Atris provides insight into the continuity and effectivity of exercise in the clinic or at home. Healthcare providers can use this information to better guide and support their patients.

Atris' goal is to improve the well-being of patients and users by displaying health data. This is done by offering and maintaining a clear, efficient and user-friendly software platform. Atris helps patients and healthcare providers to gain insight into well-being and disease activity.

Atris has been developed according to the guidelines of ISO27001 and NEN7510. These standards represent a process-based approach to implementing, monitoring, maintaining and improving information security. In this way, Atris guarantees the privacy of your patients and you can be sure that their data is in safe hands.

Deleting Your AtrisCare Account

If you wish to delete your AtrisCare account, you have two options:

1. In the AtrisCare, go to the options menu and select 'Profile.' From there, choose 'About Deleting Your Account' and follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Visit the Atris website by clicking on the following link: https://peercode.atris.life/en/person/delete-app-account/create. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to AtrisCare. Please note that the health data collected will still be available to your healthcare provider in a pseudonymized format. For more information, please check the privacy policy.
