Attendee Mapping App - Turnout

App Info:

TurnoutNow uses Bluetooth Smart Technology to capture real-time locations of attendees during an Event. Each attendee has a badge and a tiny wearable beacon. In order to capture attendee data, the beacon is mapped to the respective attendee's badge. Both badge and beacon have QR/Barcodes.

TurnoutNow Attendee Mapping App includes following features:

- Scans the QR/Barcode for both badges and the beacons

- It maps the beacon to respective badge

- It can detect if the beacon is working fine, via using phone's bluetooth

There is no cost to download the app. This app is used by staff members, they can simply download the app and login with the credentials provided by Event Organizer to perform mapping process.

How it works:

Login credentials will be provided through the event organizer and is specific to the event. The staff can login the app by using provided credentials. Simply download and open the app to enter username and password. Choose your event and you can start with the mapping process. The app will guide you through the rest. That's it!
