DEFINE YOUR DETAILS

Create your own details to capture for inspections and audits through a hierarchical approach starting from the highest level down to the specific detail.

CAPTURE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTIONS

Capture photos of inspections and audits made before and after rectification with descriptions giving better clarity of captured details.

ATTACH DRAWINGS, PLANS, IMAGES

Overlay captured inspection/audit details of photos on top of drawings, plans and other attachments providing easy reference to where these details were captured.

MULTI-USER ACCESS

Define who can create, update and view captured data to allow only those who are involved access to this information.

MANAGE STATUS OF AUDITS

Captured data can be managed through various filters to focus on what needs to be done. This allows you to view what is important especially when details get crowded.

DASHBOARD WEB MONITORING

Status of all projects created can be viewed with the companion web interface which provides other tools to create customised dashboards including charts and pivot tables to present data collected for reporting and monitoring purposes.

REPORTS

Captured data can be printed as reports and exported to Word or PDF for further editing or emailing.
