AusGleich

The AusGleich app was developed as part of the project of the same name on behalf of a total of eleven company health insurance companies (BKKen). Together they commissioned the start-up companies fitbase and corvolution as well as the TU Berlin with the development and piloting of an innovative and completely digital technology - specially designed for the special everyday requirements of nursing staff.

Three teams - two products - one solution!

The biofeedback technology fitcor, jointly developed by fitbase and corvolution, is at the heart of the AusGleich project. It combines corvolution's mesana ECG sensor with fitbase's know-how in the development of digital health solutions. As a valuable cooperation partner, the TU Berlin is responsible for determining the needs and evaluating the project. The compensation app that emerged from this provides the nursing staff with individual and helpful exercises based on measured health data and thus supports them in finding more balance in the often stressful everyday care routine

This is how compensation works

By putting on a chest strap, the nurse's vital parameters are recorded and then analyzed. The integrated sensor measures, for example, the level of stress or movement as well as breathing. The contents of the stress management intervention can be adapted to the personal needs of a caregiver thanks to the intelligent technology of the compensation app. The app recommends individually tailored content and exercises for flexible implementation in everyday life. Your own vital signs can also be viewed at any time via the app.

Who is compensation aimed at?

AusGleich is aimed at nursing staff who can take part in the prevention program through their employer. It is not aimed at individuals.
