Enter the necessary data (name and surname, date of birth, residence ...), your reasons for moving, add your signature and you are already done! Your PDF form is ready to be shared or printed!

City side functions

Attention

Although the app was developed with a view to reducing paper waste, encouraging the use of digital technology and speeding up all control procedures, the State Police specified that it is still necessary to print the self-certification. .

Users are therefore recommended, as long as the digital self-certifications are not compliant (as we hope, given the simplification they bring), to print the forms, whether they are generated with this app or issued by the ministry.

In any case, the app can also be used to create self-certifications for those acquaintances who, for various reasons, are unable to complete them in person.
