AutoDocs

AutoDocs is an Android application for recording car and vehicle documents (ITP, RCA, Rovinieta, CASCO, permits, local taxes, etc.), with expiration alerts, statistics and data export. Everything is organized in one place, directly on your phone.

What you can do with AutoDocs

Add vehicles (make, model, year, registration number, main vehicle).

Add documents for each vehicle: ITP, RCA, Rovinieta, CASCO, permit, local taxes and others.

Save complete details: name, series, issuer, issuance and expiration dates, cost, notes, photo (camera or gallery).

Quickly see which documents are valid, close to expiration or already expired.

Smart alerts and statuses

Documents are automatically classified into: Valid, Warning (30 days), Danger (7 days) and Expired.

You can receive optional notifications for documents that are about to expire or have expired.

On the Home screen, you see a banner with urgent documents and the "Next Expirations" list.

Statistics and expenses

Distribution by status: see how many documents are valid, under warning, at risk or expired.

Total expenses and by category (ITP, RCA, Rovinieta, etc.).

Dedicated list for documents that expire in the next 30 days.

Data export

CSV export: list of documents and vehicles, easy to open in Excel or Google Sheets.

PDF export: easy to share or archive report.

You can send files via email, WhatsApp, Google Drive and other applications.

Interface built with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and Material 3.

Day / Night / System theme, to match your phone's preferences and settings.

Privacy

Data is stored locally on your device.

No account, login or external servers.
