AutoSMS Excel - CSV to SMS

Turn a spreadsheet into personalised SMS. AutoSMS Excel reads your CSV, fills each message with that person's own details, and hands it to your normal messaging app — one at a time, with you tapping send.

📊 IMPORT AND PREVIEW YOUR DATA

• Open any CSV file on your device — customers, students, patients, guests

• Columns are detected automatically, with no mapping to set up

• See the whole sheet as a table before you do anything with it

✏️ PERSONALISE EVERY MESSAGE

• Write one template and drop your column names in as variables

• Every recipient gets their own version of the message

• Or point the app at a column that already holds the message

Example: Hi {Name}, the fee of {Amount} for {Batch} is due on {DueDate}.

👁️ CHECK BEFORE YOU SEND

• Read how the message comes out for the first few recipients

• Fix the wording once and it is fixed for everybody

📱 NO SMS PERMISSION, EVER

• The app cannot send an SMS itself, and never asks for permission to

• It opens your own messaging app with the number and text filled in

• You see and approve every single message before it goes

• Works with whichever SMS app you already use

📈 STOP AND PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF

• The app remembers your position in a campaign

• A progress bar shows sent against pending at a glance

💾 SAVE TEMPLATES AND REUSE THEM

• Keep the messages you send often and reuse them across campaigns

• Fee reminders, appointment confirmations, delivery updates, invitations

🔌 WORKS OFFLINE

• No internet needed at any point

• No account, no login, no sign-up

• Material Design interface, with a dark mode

🎯 MADE FOR

Coaching classes and schools sending fee reminders, clinics confirming appointments, shops telling regulars about an offer, event organisers sending invitations — anyone with a list of people and one message to personalise.
