Application aimed at professionals qualified to carry out Physical Assessments and Prescribe Training for their students. Ideal for Personal Trainers to carry out online consultations or just monitor the progress of their students.

In this app, professionals can carry out physical assessments of their students using the main body composition protocols (pollock, guedes, bioimpedance, weltman), anamnesis, perimetry control, neuromotor assessments, postural and VO2Max assessments.

There is also a part in the app where professionals can generate training sessions for their students, where they can provide access to the app for students to access their training execution sheets. With this, they can perform their physical activities and monitor them through the application.
