Information Technology Department - Ministry of Health (hereinafter referred to as the IT Department) was established by Decision No. 4048 / QD-BYT of the Ministry of Health issued on 10.22.2012. According to this position, functions, duties and powers of the Department of Information Technology plays an important role in shaping and developing information technology in the health sector.

- Overview of depression:

Inhibition leads to an outflow of the mental activity and directly affects the ability of living, employee performance and learning of patients.
