B'Smart (Active and Interactive Teaching System) is a technology-based learning tool that is owned by PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. Bsmart facilitates the selection of learning methods for face-to-face activities between trainers and trainees where the choice of learning methods is determined based on the results of the self learning trainees. The learning process in B'Smart starts from self learning which consists of: Pre test, self Learning activity and Evaluation of self learning. Where this activity can be carried out independently by trainees anytime and anywhere. The next step is the Inclass Actvity. Where b 'Smart provides a learning model using Main Module, disscussion, Study case and games.
