Tahlil lughat means reading لاإله إلاالله (Lailaha illallah) like Tasbih means reading سبحان الله (Subhanallah), Tahmid reading الحمد لله (Alhamdulillah) and so on.

Arabic mostly has a meaning other than lughowi (language) also has a meaning in terms or urfi. Tasbih, for example, in the sense of the urfi, is to admire and sanctify Allah, the Creator of all weaknesses and weaknesses, which is reflected with gratitude, awe, and so forth accompanied by saying Subhanallah.
