BackSmith Connect

This app allows patients to quickly and easily connect with our office. Whether it is booking an appointment, calling, texting, emailing, or getting directions (perhaps from a part of town they're not familiar with), BackSmith Connect makes patients' appointments easier.

BackSmith Connect also allows patients to refer friends, family, or strangers. Information can be sent either way; the prospective patient's info to the doctor's office, or vice-versa. Whatever is better for the person being referred is how the "digital introduction" can be made.
