Business partners Scott Bianculli and Chuck Beard opened the first Baked in 2012 to provide East Cobb’s busy suburban families with fully cooked, gourmet meals to enjoy for lunch and dinner. What began as a take out concept has grown into a dine in, take out, catering, and delivery business. Baked has since relocated to the city, taking residence at the base of the Tribute Lofts community in Atlanta’s Old 4th Ward neighborhood. Chef Delorean Ostrom delivers elevated “casual comfort food” with a decidedly Southern accent—from everyday entrees like pecan crusted tilapia and shrimp and grits to show stopping weekly features like the crispy pork belly tacos with Granny Smith Apple Slaw created for the Yelp Has An App For That competition. Vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free guests fear not: Baked has options to satisfy any palate and will happily accommodate dietary restrictions.
