When you begin, your first activities involve evaluating your current life situation. You then have access to two happiness-increasing activities: giving thanks, and self-compassion. You will reach the next level by successfully completing the suggested activities. As you complete activities and reach new levels, you should notice that you are feeling happier - and at the same time unlock more activities.
