"Bar_To_Be is the B2B event dedicated to the world of Beverage, the first meeting HUB in Southern Italy, capable of bringing together the Italian protagonists of the Bar Industry, Mixology and Hospitality.

The first Drinking Hub in Southern Italy is a mix of contents and tools that revolve around four pillars: business, experience, learning and community.

An event linked to the territory, with a look to the future and new trends thanks to the presence of national and international opinion leaders who will be present at the event and who will entertain visitors with masterclasses and workshops. The big names in Bar Industry, of the caliber of Patrick Pistolesi known abroad as "The King of Rome" thanks to the immense work done in his Drink Kong, certainly the most famous place on the national scene or as Paolo Sanna, manager of the Banana Republic of Rome, consultant and barmanager of the “Monaci delle Terre Nere” relais on Etna, organizer of the “Head to Head bartender competition”, the most illustrious representative of perfect Italian style. Here these are just some of the representatives of the national and international scene who for two days will become the protagonists of Bar_To_Be in Catania.

The setting of an unrivaled event for the Sicilian capital will be the renewed location of Sicilia Fiere. A new and innovative exhibition center of 320,000 square meters, with 120,000 square meters of covered areas. The first of its kind, and with these spaces, in Sicily. The exhibition complex is located on the outskirts of Catania and is a symbol of the modern and metropolitan industrial city.
