Barcode Counter

Barcode Counter makes stock counting fast and simple.

Start a named count, scan or type barcodes, and every count is saved automatically so you can pause and resume anytime. Load an Excel list of barcodes and product names to see real product names instead of raw codes.

Key features:

Named counts — every count is saved automatically; continue right where you left off.

Product names — load an Excel file (barcode + name) and see product names, not just barcodes.

Bulk counting — set a quantity and add many units at once, by scanning or keyboard.

Wide barcode support — reads 13 global barcode formats.

Saved counts — view any past count inside the app, grouped by product with totals.

Excel export — generate a report that groups barcodes with quantities and share it via email, WhatsApp, Telegram and more, in your language.

How it works:

1. Start a named count.

2. Scan or type barcodes — set a quantity for bulk items.

3. Review the grouped list and totals.

4. Export to Excel and share.

Download Barcode Counter and take control of your inventory.
