This app aims to serve as support for the practice of accompanying the recently deceased with prayers while they cross the Bard or "Intermediate State" between death and rebirth according to the tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.

How does it work

After clinical death, it is customary to carry out prayers for 49 days. This period is comprised of seven 7-day cycles and special emphasis is placed upon completion of each one as it is in these lapses when beings are more likely to transition to their new rebirth or even achieve liberation. Thus, identifying these windows of opportunity gives us better circumstances to help them. May it be of unlimited benefit for all sentient beings!
