Added Live / Realtime Battle Mode
Play with up to three friends at the same time

- Monster and traps are now red in singleplayer. In multiplayer in the color of the player
- The camera has been reworked (dynamic zoom)
- The special effects (FX) and Themes had to be removed for performance reasons - Bubbles has been refunded
- The new default look is live
- The Help is now saved locally (no downloading / shorter loading times)
- The twist trap had to be defused, it now has only one spike
