The app works mainly offline (Internet connection is required to download the product documentation and query the serial numbers) and allows you to order spare parts by consulting the exploded links, or by entering code or description in the price list.

It is also possible to consult the following documents in pdf format for all products:

- Exploded

- Electrical scheme

- Data sheet

- Control panel (dashboard use instructions)

By entering the serial number of a product, it is possible to know if the device is testable or already tested (test date and location is provided) and if it is possible to activate the warranty extension.
