BEATBOX is a NEW boutique fitness studio, in Midtown Toronto, that runs 45-minute boxing-inspired group fitness classes. Half of the class will be spent punching our water-filled Aqua Training bags and the other half will be spent sweating out HIIT exercises at your Floor Station.
