Belong by PowerCircle(TM) was created to facilitate communication among Federations (local organizations with a geographic boundaries) and their Core Leaders (on the ground organizer) using what communications experts call Trusted Messenger principle. Core Leaders are the trusted messengers to their own contacts. Since Core Leaders are often times volunteers, Belong provides key functionality to facilitate organization and messaging while keeping track of key metrics of success.
