The Benemica App provides secure, simple mobile access and integrated to Web App and Payroll processes for employee and manager daily on-the-go self-services.
As an employee, our App allows you to
• Single or multi check in and out for work, view or request time off, apply overtime and submit expenses in real time.
• Get push notifications alerts and reminders.
• Review your pay.
As a manager, you can take action wherever you are
• Approve or reject your subordinate requests. Immediately take action right from the App.
• Set actual overtime based on actual spend time
• Reset or cancel requests
Your confidential data is safe. System will automatically lock your account for several time fail attempts, and your salary slip will require authentication before someone can access it, you can be confident that your data is secure.
Remarks: Your mobile features will be active when your organization has enabled the features, and not all Benemica features are available on Mobile App. Please ensure you activate auto updates to get latest and complete features.
