BEYDAĞI TURİZM, which took its name by public vote in 1972, was founded by the late KEMAL MUTLU (1935-2002) as a family company. The company, which operated with only one voyage at that time, quickly became a part of Malatya and created its current skeletal structure by increasing the number of voyages.

After Kemal Mutlu's death in 2002, the company is managed by his sons Murat Mutlu, Çetin Mutlu and Ö.Reşat Mutlu.
