We have been operating in the meat market in Bahia for 35 years with our own slaughterhouses, stores and butchers. We felt practically complete, but a small factor always bothered us; the queues. We realized then that the best way to end them is to invert the business logic, instead of the customer going to the butcher, the butcher going to the customer.
