The BikeManager is the digital multitool for everyone who likes to travel with their bike. Regardless of whether you have an e-bike, Pedelec or bicycle, as a VALUE GUARANTEE customer or as a guest - with this app you can travel safely and smartly at all times. Discover the different functions:

Bike speedometer

The BikeTacho offers you a complete overview of all trips. Simply turn it on at the start of the tour and then track the kilometers ridden per created bike, routes, speeds and of course the total kilometers ridden across all bikes.

Service Finder

With the service finder you can find the direct route to the nearest e-bike charging stations, partner workshops, tube machines, bike-friendly bed & bike accommodation as well as the nearest rescue points and police stations. Simply click on the desired icon in the service finder, select your partner and navigate to your destination. Feel free to mark your favorites and use this when planning and carrying out your next bike trip.

Bicycle pass

In BikeManager you can create and manage free and unlimited bike passes for all bikes and e-bikes/pedelecs. For WERTGARANTIE customers, the data of their insured bikes is transferred directly into the app after logging in with the customer portal data. Uploading invoices and photos is of course possible for any bicycle or e-bike/pedelec. In the event of theft or damage, simply download the information as a PDF.

Pick-up service

Call the WERTGARANTIE pick-up service for your insured bikes directly via the app. Our roadside assistance will take you back to a workshop or to the starting point of your tour.

By the way: Our guests can use the WERTGARANTIE pick-up service free of charge for 6 months.

Digital customer card

For all WERTGARANTIE customers, the BikeManager offers a digital customer card with quick access to support.

Report damage

As a VALUE GUARANTEE customer, you can easily report damage to the insured e-bike or bicycle using the “Report Damage” function - so you can start your next bike adventure as quickly as possible.

Report theft

Bike stolen? With this function you can easily report the theft of your bike via the app.

Have you created bikes and would like to insure them? Simply select the bike you want and take out insurance cover directly via the app.

counselor

Under “Guide” you will find articles on a wide range of bike-related topics. This means you are well informed and can enjoy your bikes for a long time.
