Blips allows users to create tunes with the tap of their finger using a tone-matrix style sequencer.

Many different instruments and scales can be chosen, giving users the opportunity to customize their short "Blip" to their needs. Advanced musicians will appreciate the scale options and new users will be able to learn introductory music theory by experimenting with live sounds and scales.

Update 3 - Version 1.3
Changes:
- Swing functionality has been removed as it causes some users' devices to crash on save. Swing won't be appearing again until I'm certain it has no errors. I apologize to anyone who was enjoying the swing bar.
