• BLOOD REQUEST: This feature allows volunteer to view blood requests, take lead of the case and assign certificate to the blood donors.

• BLOOD BANK: This is a feature specific to BLOOD BANK where authentic blood bank employee can update the blood stock which is made available to public.

• VOLUNTEER REQUESTS: There is a feature specific to ADMIN where the admin can accept the request made by an individual to be an authentic volunteer.
