Blooms Academy of Skill Improvement and Career Consultancy, Chennai -107, is run by a team of professionals specialized in conducting Career Guidance and Personality Development for School and College students across Tamil Nadu.

The Institution is also conducting series of Skill Development Programme for various college students and rural unemployed men and women as a career oriented training in various areas specified by NSDC, which is crafted by the team of professionals considering the current needs. The skill development programmes includes Artificial Jewellery Making, Embroidery and Aari Work, AC-Refrigerator Servicing, Tailoring and Electrician and Electrical Appliances Repairing etc., The institution has so far provided training to 550 candidates on civil services, personality development and technical skills and career development programme for around 23000 candidates.
