Bodybuilding routines

Massel is a bodybuilding application. It uses scientific models in order to generate the optimum structure of sets and weight to reach as quickly as possible the desired objective. This objective can be to increase volume and muscle strength, to increase endurance, or a whole range of intermediate objectives.

This application has been designed to be as simple and intuitive as possible, without losing functionality. It has two modes of operation. Each day of training the desired mode can be selected:

- In the free mode, the user chooses the muscle groups to be trained and Massel calculates the structure of series and weights.

- In the routine mode, Massel generates a quarterly routine based on several parameters provided by the user: among day a week of training, target (volume or resistance)...
