INDUSTRY TEMPLATES

Choose a template for your work:

• Personal trainer — sessions, trials, assessments

• Beauty / salon — manicure, haircut, color, facial, and more

• Tutoring — classes, exam prep, homework help

Each template includes common services and default durations. Switch templates anytime in Settings or while creating a booking.

MANAGE BOOKINGS

• Add client name, optional phone, service, date, and time

• Notes for special requests or follow-ups

• Mark appointments as booked, done, or cancelled

• Optional weekly repeat for recurring clients

AVAILABILITY

• Set recurring blocked times (e.g. lunch, days off)

• Apply suggested rest days from your industry template

• Bookings that overlap blocked time are prevented

REMINDERS

• Notify yourself 1 hour or 1 day before an appointment

• Reminders run locally on your device—no server required

• If a booking is too soon for the lead time, you are reminded shortly after saving

EXPORT

• Export appointment data to CSV when you need a backup or spreadsheet

PRIVACY FIRST

• Appointment data is stored on your device only

• We do not sell your data

• Optional phone numbers are for your reference only

• Uninstalling the app removes local data
