This free app has been designed as a personal boxer training aid for shadow or bag use... Regular or southpaw everyone can enjoy this app.

Instructions:

1). Choose your level from Novice, Amateur, Olympic and Professional.

2). Choose how many rounds you want to do from 1 - 12.

3). Choose how long you want your rounds, either 90 seconds, 2 or 3 minutes.

4). Decide if you want No background audio, the default background audio or your choice of audio (which becomes the default audio once selected).

5). If you have chosen to add your own choice of audio, you can select up to nine tracks which will play in the order selected and then repeat.

6). Then Follow the calls and get a boxing cardio workout!

Note:

This app is rather larger than intended, approx. 100MB so be sure to download via Wi-Fi. Efforts are currently being made to shrink the overall size in the next upcoming releases; along with any bug fixes and improvements. Please be patient.
