The BQ-Mobile app is used for booking current day ticket, appointments and locating the available branches as well.

This app offers virtual queue management by moving the online tickets to a virtual queue even before the customers arrive at their branch and thus the travelling time of the customers are getting converted to their queue waiting time.

The customers will get the service call only after their arrival at the branch and this will ensure that the tickets are not getting skipped in the absence of the customer.
